That is a great article, thanks for pointing it out. Although, I am inclined to agree with it given that I was already opposed to net neutrality. I work with the Hands Off the Internet coalition in opposing net neutrality and agree with the many points that Mr. Dignan raised. The term net neutrality has been so distorted that nobody can agree on a definition let alone a solution.
The last point is especially relevant. The FCC and FTC already have the capabilities to address any potential abuses by ISPs, so why add more laws from the internet experts in Congress based on hypothetical doomsday scenarios from net neutrality supporters?
